WATER MAIN SHUT OFF: Is in the utility cupboard (on the right as you enter the apartment)

ELECTRICITY: The mains switchboards and earth trip breaker are in the utility cupboard.

GAS: The shut-off valve is in a box on the ground floor level towards the other apartments
